Legal Question in Constitutional Law in Illinois
I have been denied a retired officer concealed carry permit under the federal LEOSA , because the Illinois Law Enforcement Standards & Training Board's definition of "law enforcement officer" differs from the definition under LEOSA. What is the proper venue to file suit?
