Legal Question in Constitutional Law in Illinois
I am fighting with the county right ow to get a variance to get a kennel license to keep my own 9 family pets. I have followed the county ordinance to the letter but they still are not letting it go through and they plan to come in and take away our family pets after tomorrows meeting. I am really wondering if they make this ordinance and they refuse to follow it themselves but I must, is that legal? I plan to sue them in civil court for my fees paid and my attorney fees and pain and suffering and wages lost for my husband when they turn me down tomorrow.
