Legal Question in Constitutional Law in Illinois
In Illinois in a deposition all parties have the right to ask questions and state prepared statements and a 3 hours is the time frame of deposition. If plaintiff is denied the right to be able to ask questions the deposition is thrown out and we go to trail correct
