Hello. I see that you have a defamation case. A few years ago I
had such a case. I defended a man
being sued for slander. I saved him
alot of money. I am quite familiar
with the area. If you want to file a lawsuit, you will need witnesses and
proof of the damages that you have
sustained. You will probably fair better with a jury. Will be happy to
discuss this further and in more detail. On the other hand, if you
are defending against a lawsuit for
slander/defamation, it will also help
to have witnesses and again I would
suggests a jury.
