Legal Question in Constitutional Law in Illinois
U.S. Marshals pulled me out of work to ask me questions about a fugitive uncle. I do not know any information but they want me to spy on my mother and find out what she knows or if she is in contact with him. They said if I don't they will throw my mom in prison because they believe she is hiding information from them. Can they legally ask me to do this??

They CAN ask you to do this , but it is up to you, if you want to or not.
