I am owed appx. 60,000 over 90 days. Will I need an attorney in the state of Illinois?

If this is a business debt and your company is a corporation or other entity then you cannot appear in Court without an attorney.
But for the amount of money that you are owed, it is worth getting an attorney to make sure you collect on the money you are owed no matter what the underlying facts.
