murder charge question.
a man is charged of aggravated battery and convicted. the victim dies weeks later. does he get charged with murder?

Hello. The victim's estate now has a civil claim for wrongful death against the offender now that the victim has died. I recommend that this be pursued. Will be happy to discuss this further and in more detail.
