Me and my wife Were hit in the rear. While parked on the side of the road .We were hit by a kid .Going 70 or 80 miles per hour While looking for a book in the back seat This is in the police report No justice in Illinois The case number is 10CC 3198 And 01L014870 Please help us One income family I haven't worked in over six years Please help us get our justice give our constitutional rights Thank you and god bless We lost the case because the insurance company bought the car and disallowed to the pic's and lawyer couldn't say we got hit in a rear was too sick to take the case game to another lawyer did know the case lost it terribly say it he was having heart troubles one day before the case one day before the trial help us get all constitutional rights

You had a case in the courts, but what happened? I'm guessing by the case citation that it was sometime in 2001?
