Legal Question in Constitutional Law in Illinois
Hi I was wondering if I can take any legal actions or file a lawsuit, for someone coming up to me in person and telling me to "Go kill yourself", and "you should just go and die" and please feel free to give me any feedback on my email as well siddiquiabid7@gmail..."

It is in the nature of an assault, but if you've suffered no damages about the only thing you might be able to do is get a restraining order if the behavior continues and feel threatened. It is unlikely the police would take any action.
