Legal Question in Construction Law in Illinois
My builder is not honoring the warranty on the new construction condo I purchased. Also there were several problems with the unit that were not disclosed to me prior to me purchasing it.

If your damages are less than $10,000 you might file a Small Claims Complaint with the clerk of the circuit court for your county. You do not have to use special language for the complaint, just explain it as best you can to the judge
