Legal Question in Consumer Law in Illinois
After almost 2 weeks of waiting for an auto loan to be approved. I was allowed to drive the car off the lot. I was told the loan had already been approved. Then to have an employee from the dealership show up at my job and ask for me and told a co-worker of mine he was the "reposessor". Is this a violation of privacy? And after going to return the car and get my car that I traded in, this same person was yelling across the parking lot "my credit score and how his is higher". Please advise
Thanks for your time

I would have looked at the contract before you returned the vehicle.
If there was not a clause that states generally that the contract is contingent on the seller obtaining financing for you then you had a valid contract.
As for the rude employees, don't ever buy a car from them again.
