Legal Question in Consumer Law in Illinois

I consigned baseball cards to an auction house. The auction house was to have my cards in their Nov 2006 auction. I received a call telling me that they think the cards will sell better in the Feb 2007 auction. I recieved the auction catalog on the 8th of Feb 2007 but the started an online auction on the 5th. I have many one of a kind cards. Beckett baseball magizine is a recongized authority on the value of the cards. The value is put over $15,000 with 45 cards having no value assigned because of the limited quanity. I was under the assumption that all my cards would say what year and set they came from and that did not happen. On Feb 8th I e-mailed the auction house asking to pull my lot off. I got no reply. On the 9th I e-mailed the owner and he replied NO! What recouse do I have? the auction ends Feb 22nd. I hope this falls in the catergory of law I picked. If not please tell me what area of the law to ask the question? Thank you, Chris.

If you want to prevent the auction house from selling your cards you may want to consider filing a temporary restraining order, based on the limited information you provided.
