Auto contract
If I buy a used vehicle, do I have timeframe to return the vehicle and have the contract voided or am I stuck with that vehicle? I reside in Chicago, Illinois....

There is no law which allows a buyer to return a car after it is purchased--not three days, not even three hours. Some dealers will allow this, but it needs to be in writing to be enforceable.

In most instances you can return the car in three days from pick up to determine if you want to keep the car.
Be careful with this. You should have a lawyer review the bill of sale, etc.
to determine whether there are any
hidden clauses which can harm you financially.
