is ther a way to break an autonmatically reneewing lease for rental appliances

Re: automatically renewing leases
The lease should provide for the notice needed in order to not renew the lease. Typically it needs to be in righting and a certain number of days before the renewal date, but you need to look for the provision in the lease.
