Legal Question in Consumer Law in Illinois
Automobile Purchase
When going to a dealership to purchase a vehicle, is there any time period, such as 72 hours, in which you may decide not to keep the vehicle? Also, if a one is told to go ahead and sign for their spouse who is not there, is the contract still a binding contract?

Re: Automobile Purchase
Yes, there is usually a few days within you can reject a loan contract. The car depends on the warranty, if any. And the contract is not binding on the spouse since he/she did not sign it.
