Legal Question in Consumer Law in Illinois
over billing
I've been a customer of sprint since aug of '05. Upon discovering we were being over billed we have tried to get a full refund. Because the account changed ownership during the cotract I was only able to obtain a partial refund. I have ten of the original bills from the disputed period. I would like to know if:
a) is this a basis for legal action?
b) is this a basis for a class
action?
c) would this case be taken on
a contingency basis?
Thank You

Re: over billing
We would need some more information. But yes it could be a class action and contingent. Call if you would like to discuss.
