Legal Question in Consumer Law in Illinois
I bought a fish tank off a person that was on the internet. We brought it home that night and I realized it was way to big to fit in the area where I was going to put it. The next morning I did contact the seller and explain the situation to him and asked if I could return it to him. He said no, is there anything I can do??

No. Sorry, but you should have taken measurements before you purchased it. The seller is not responsible for the size of the area in which you wanted to place the tank.
