Legal Question in Consumer Law in Illinois
I bought tires for my car in June 2012. They were offering a $100 rebate. I called the rebate center numerous times trying to find out where my card is. It is now December and this time when I called the rebate center, they said it has been used. All $100. I tried to dispute the charges, and they say they can't do anything. Can I do anything about this, or am I out of luck?

Sounds like you may have a claim either under the consumer fraud act, or your rebate card was stolen from your mail before you received it. Please feel free to call me if you want to discuss.
