Legal Question in Consumer Law in Illinois
Canceling a Fitness membership
I signed a two year contract with a fitness club. They told me the only way I could end my contract is if I have a medical condition or move out of a 20 mile radius the Fitness club. Is there any other way I can get out of this contract?

Re: Canceling a Fitness membership
Depends upon the terms of the contract, and whether they have fulfilled all of their duties under the contract.
