Legal Question in Consumer Law in Illinois
cancellation fee
had satellite tv for 8 years. canceling - going to cable... they said i have a 2 year contract and owe $200 cancellation fee... i never signed a contract nor did i know about this policy... am i obligated to pay this fee?

Ask them for a copy of the contract.
