Legal Question in Consumer Law in Illinois
Car Repossion
Last friday, my mothers car was repossed. My question is this: She is in a nursing home. She can't drive anymore. The car company is concerned about working something out to get the car back because they said that since she can't drive, and is not living with my wife and I, that they may NOT beable to retune the car to my wife and I. Can the car company deny the return the car since my mother can't drive?
