can you return a car within 3 days?

It depends on whether you signed a retail installment sales contract. You probably didnt. You need to review the material that was given to at the time of purchase. It may provide for a right of recission. If you paid cash you do not have that right. Also while it may sound silly ask the dealer to take the car back ... right of recission or not
