Legal Question in Consumer Law in Illinois
My car has been sitting outside at a repair shop for almost three months.I've asked the shop owner when he was going to get it fixed and have been lied to five or more times. He knows that i have several cars, this one is a 450sl Mercedes. It is getting sun and weather damaged.I've finally had enough of this guy,and plan to have it towed back home this week.Do i have any legal course with this guy and should i have to pay anything to him?

If any work was done, you should pay them for that. If your car was damaged based on their negligence, they might be liable to you. You will need to be able to prove your damages.
