Legal Question in Consumer Law in Illinois
Car Title
Bought a used truck; everything was signed: car title, final price, odometer readings and titles. Dealer wants more money after the fact. I have the truck and they have my trade-in. Dealer says he won't send in the title until I pay him more money. Can he do that? Is the truck mine? Thank you for your time.
