Want car title in my name, mother is co signer
How can I legally get an automobile that I purchased in my name? My mother is a cosigner I paid all monies regarding auto, mother was just a co signer, will be paying off auto loan in May 2009 how can I get the title in my name?

If your mother agrees, then talk to the title company before May and ask them if they have any problem. Otherwise you can just do the transfer yourselves once title is issued.
