Legal Question in Consumer Law in Illinois

On going car trouble

to get to the point...I purchased a 2001 v6 mustang coupe on june 6 2001 3 weeks after buying it The transmission was replaced(the trans was manufactured wrong at factory). since then I have had multiple mechanical problems with my vehicle. I have contacted dealership and FORD motors to initiate CLAIM Dispute settlement but they have never mailed me the form none have arrived AND I have made at least six request in the 1st 6months. THIS is a very upsetting to me. Also the dealership told me floor mats were included in the purchase price of my vehicle but when i went to pick my car up they didn't give them to me, they were nice enough to try and sell them to me!!! plz help me this was my first car purchase. Due to my car always breaking down I lost a very good job. I am also in the UNITED STATES ARMY RESERVE many units have been deployed from my facility and I am awaiting a call-up. I would really like to get a full refund. could you tell me if I have a case and if so on what grounds. thanx
