Legal Question in Consumer Law in Illinois
Was my contract breached
I bought a new vehicle, and after driving the vehicle for 26 days the dealer called and said they need more money or a cosigner, as they could not get the rate stated in my signed contract. There was anthoer form I signed that gave them 5 days to secure the finacing, and that 5 days came and went. What do I do?
