Legal Question in Consumer Law in Illinois
Is it possible to get out of a contract
My 23yr old daughter signed a 3yr contract (because that's all they have) with Bally Fitness. She had also paid for sessions with a personal trainer. on one occasion she was publically humiliated by the trainer. He yelled and swore at her in front of other clients. He told another trainer, ''You F***in train her, i'm not'', and stormed out. She left there crying and will never go back there. she has almost 2yrs left. Is there anything that can be done to get her out of that contract.
