Legal Question in Consumer Law in Illinois

In Illinois can a legal contract be cancelled for any reason within three working days? Even if the contract in question says you can not cancel because the item in question (leather furniture)is a custom made item. On the contract there are no terms or penalties listed should a person cancel the contract,only that it can not be cancelled... is this legal?

The three day right of rescission applies only in a VERY limited set of circumstances, for example when you refinance your residence, or when you purchase something sold door to door. Unless the furniture company came to your home to sell you the couch, you are bound by your agreement.
