Defective Furniture
I had purchased furniture in October of 2002. The Furniture store keeps delivering damaged furniture. I am still waiting on two pieces. The brand name of the furniture is reputable.
What steps should I take?

What are the contract terms with the furniture store? Often the contract will spell out the available warranties.
