disclosure of previous accidents by seller of cars
I purchased a used car in Chicago and the seller failed to tell me of a previous accident the car sustained (and the seller works for the dealership; it was his car and his accident) and they provided a CARFAX report that didn't show the accident on the CARFAX report. I feel I've been defrauded...have I?
