They called me and told me they cant finance me. I went in after 2 weeks of waiting and told them just to give me my car back and my $ they told me they have the right to search for financing for 45 days and that they have sold my car and would have to get it back so i just have to wait can they do this is this not wrong. i dont even know where my car is. I believe i saw a guy from the dealer ship yesterday driving it out of the lot. can you give me some advice please I now have the new car for a month now and i have not heard anything but i still have to make payments on my old car because they have not paid it off yet.

Re: financing a new car and paying off old car
It sounds as if you signed a contract with the dealership allowing them to do certain things. The answer depends upon the language contained in the agreement that you signed with them and not necessarily on what you told them. I would need to see the contract before I could properly advise you. Please contact me at (773) 447-1846 to fax the contract and to set up an appointment after I review the contract.
