Fraud
If I purchased a car from a dealership I puchased the car and was only able to make one payment after that. The dealership said they were going to sue me for fraud, can they???? I have a bill of sale and a contract.

I am not sure what their basis for fraud would be on this set of facts. Typically, whoever you are making payments to is going to repossess your vehicle if you don't make payments.
