Lawnmower
we purchased a used riding lawnmower for 500.00 and the next day we cant get the lawnmower started and they wont answer our call can we go at them in small claims

Sure. You will probably have to prove that there was a warranty--the seller will, of course, argue that it was sold to you as-is. You might check to see what it would cost to repair the lawnmower. If it is something simple, for example, the spark plug needs to be replaced, it might be cheaper than small claims. And I am certain it will be quicker.
