Legal Time Limit To Break A Lease
I am signing a lease on a townhome today. Do I have a certain amount of time i.e. business days, to terminate the contract.

Not likely. Once you "sign on the dotted line" you're obligated. There are some limited exceptions, e.g., refinancing your residence, door to door sales. Don't sign if you don't want to lease the place.
