Motion To Vacate
I am requesting information regarding a request to file a notice to vacate that was issued. I was not served proper notice and am searching for representation, but I need to file the motion and not allow the time period to file it pass the deadline although I am not sure
of the exact time frame.

motions to vacate must be filed within 30 days of entry of the final order.
