Legal Question in Consumer Law in Illinois
My not-for-profit educational organization rents space in a building on a college campus to conduct weekend classes for kids. Can I put a picture of the outside of that building on my website to show what the facilitiy looks like? And, can I put the name of the college on my website to indicate where the classes are being held?

Your best bet is to ask for written permission from the college. Some colleges and universities are very picky about how their intellectual property is used. It is certainly not worth to take a chance and being on the receiving end of a lawsuit when the prevention is so simple.
