Legal Question in Consumer Law in Illinois
am i obligated to pay my foot doctor for fitted-orthotics & foot therapy she provided, but which eventually did not resolve my problem (heel pain)?
another orthotics product I ordered through the internet resolved my issue instead.

Probably. A physician is not a guarantor. I suggest that you discuss the situation and see if she will compromise.
