I attempted to finance a computer online from a company. I never receive the computer, but the company is taking the money out of my account. I not able to talk to anyone on the phone. What are my rights? I would like to cancel the order.

Re: Online Purchase
You may still be able to get the computer. You might need to contact someone in writing. Is it possible that the computer is on its way to you? Have you asked the insitution with your account to not release any more money to this company? If you do not receive any computer but have paid for it then you would need to sue them if you cannot get them to send it. You could also complain with the Better Business Bureau. This is an office which helps consumers who have problems with a company.
