Legal Question in Consumer Law in Illinois
In order to play little league baseball we have to sell $100. worth of raffle tickets which we have to purchase up front with $100. deposit any tickets we dont sell come out of the deposit.Is this legal?baseball is a non for profit organazation

Selling raffle tickets is very delicate. Raffles are governed by the Illinois Raffles Act. You should contact an attorney familiar with this act to determine if the raffle you are having is lawful.
