Legal Question in Consumer Law in Illinois
I have an outstanding loan with a payday loan company i adv the collector that i dont have the money to pay and is considering filing bankruptcy, he called twice yesterday and disclosed to 2 different coworkers that he was trying to verify my employeed to proceed with a wage garnish and twice today repeating the same info. isnt that 3rd party disclousure?
