Legal Question in Consumer Law in Illinois
I paid for it, it should be mine
I brought a theater seating set, and before I could pick it up I was called and told that they couldn't give it to me because they sold it to me for the wrong price.

If the pricing mistake was an honest mistake by the seller then they have the right to cancel the purchase. On the other hand if it was an attempt to defraud you then you might have a case.
In these situations most stores will try to work something out but they are not obligated to do so. Just make sure they refund your entire purchase price.
