Legal Question in Consumer Law in Illinois
Price Advertised Incorrectly in Newspaper--Is it Binding?
The price was advertised as $5, when it was supposed to be $5 off--I'm speaking of a $32 ski lift ticket. The ski hill said they would not honor the coupon for $5--that it was the newspaper's fault. Do they owe me a $5 lift ticket?

It may be binding. I would like to see a copy of the ad if you still have it.
