Legal Question in Consumer Law in Illinois
I purchased a used car on December 15, 09 and the contract stated that the dealer would buy a new key, tire (to replace bad one), repair or replace the cd player, have company mechanic fix rear light and tail light warnings, and give the vehicle a thorough cleaning. All conditions have not been met and while driving the vehicle over the first 150 miles a trans. failure warning has occured, Can I return this vehicle and void the deal since all the contract conditions have not been met yet?

You very well MAY void the contract.
I would look to the specific terms of the contract and make sure that it is is writing.
The transmission does not give you reason to void the contract, but the other provisions may.
