Legal Question in Consumer Law in Illinois
I purchased a vacation package, all -inclussive, from a travel agency. Upon arrival at the destination, the accomndations we paid for were not available and we were unsatified with the accomndations we were given. The vacation was out of the country. Who would be responsible to remidy this situation? Travel agency, booking vacation company they booked through, ot both?
