Raffle Sale
What are the legal requirements to raffle an item in Illinois ? I saw a TV show that had a couple raffle off their home when unable to sell it. Where can I find these requirements - Federal or State ? Could any item be raffled to raise funds ? Thanks.

The answer is very easy--you can't. Google the Illinois Raffle Act. Very limited circumstances for a very limited number of groups.
