Legal Question in Consumer Law in Illinois
representation from lawyer was inadequate
Hi, I have a question regarding the job my divorce attorney has done, the fees he is charging, and the way he treats me as a client. I plan to hire a new attorney but wanted to know my rights in disputing his fess or the fees his staff has charged for nothing.

You contract with the attorney should have all of that information. The contract determines the rights between the parties.
