i want to know can i sell my book for a price if i don't have a copyright or a ibn

You probably do have a copyright in the book. Just because you did not formally file your copyright or register with the library of congress does not mean you do not own rights to your own work.
So the answer is: yes you can sell your book even if you do not have a copyright.
