service warranty/plus repairs
can a seller refuse to service or repair my spa because he didnt like my message on his voice mail? just bought it...have 3 yr. bumper to bumper warranty

Is the warranty offered by the seller,or the manufacturer? You might want to give the manufacturer a call.
