If you sign a contract for delivery of a specific vehicle and the dealer sells it out from under you, the dealer has most likely breached the contract unless the terms allow the dealer to substitute the car with another one (either just like it or or something like "equal or better than"). You'll have to read your contract to determine what rights the dealer has to substitute product. If the dealer has no options the contract should provide for you to get your money back.
